Enjoy the warmth of wild spices, not from overseas or around the world, but gathered from the Central Okanagan Valley. An aromatic spicy blend of local herbs.

This is a limited-run tea due to ingredients we don’t easily find in our typical foraging zones.

It may only be seen occasionally at our craft fair table.

  • Wild Mustard
  • Alfalfa
  • Desert Parsley
  • Sagebrush
  • Sarsaparilla leaf
  • Ponderosa Pine Bark
  • Shake container vertically as opposed to side to side, to ensure contents are re-mixed as settling does occur. Stir with a clean spoon or popsicle stick to re-mix if you wish as well.
  • Add 1 tsp to a tea ball or bit of cheese cloth wound tight with string.
  • Place in mug of hot (not boiling) water.
  • Let steep to taste, generally 5 to 20 minutes.
  • Strain or remove teaball and add unpasteurized honey if desired.
Do not drink if pregnant, or nursing.
